The 500 LP recovery is a bit plain, but since there is no turn 1 limit, it can be used in cycle reverse. There was also a time when it was noted for being able to practically overstep the cost of 《Ultimate Offering》.

Since there is no turn 1 limit, theoretically, you can recover LP as many times as you like by summoning as many times as you want. This card was compatible with the banned card Ultimate Offering, and there was a combo that could be summoned any number of times by canceling out the LP cost with this card's recovery.
Combine this combo with Cannon Soldier and 《Black Ptera》for one kill. However, currently 《Ultimate Offering》and Cannon Soldier are prohibited, so combo is not possible.
It doesn't support Special Summon, it can't win in recovery, and this card itself is weak, so there's no place to go now.

If you add Cannon Soldier + 《Black Ptera》or Big Bang Girl + Honest to this,
Infinite loop and 1 turn kill.
However, this card is currently out of print.
